First, please check around your property and with close neighbors to make sure your package wasn’t delivered to the wrong place. If you’re still unable to locate the package, please contact your local USPS office regarding the delivery, since they are responsible for the final delivery of your package.
If your package is not at your post office, please contact us through email (support@crateclub.us) or chat and we’ll reship a replacement package out to you as soon as possible.
