When will my renewal happen?

After the last month of your membership, your plan automatically renews on the 1st of the following month. So, for example, if your last scheduled crate arrives in May, your next plan starts and automatically renews on June 1st. In this case, your next crate will arrive, as usual, later in June! You can cancel the upcoming renewal of a Quarterly and annual plan as long as you cancel prior to the renewal processing on the 1st.

Please Note: Canceling your membership only cancels the auto-renewal of the original term. It DOES NOT initiate a refund for the remainder of a term or the original order.
